Where It All Began
Pass the Beauty Inc. was born from a deeply personal place, the lived experience of a woman who survived some of the hardest battles of her life and refused to let her story end there. Our founder, Cintoria Franklin, witnessed firsthand how beauty, dignity, and community can become lifelines for women navigating the darkest chapters of their lives.
What started as a simple act of kindness offering beauty services to women in shelters, grew into a full-fledged nonprofit movement. Today, we serve survivors of domestic violence, mental health crises, and homelessness through programs that restore confidence, nurture wellness, and rebuild lives from the inside out.
We believe beauty is not vanity. It is a declaration: I am still here. I am worthy. I matter.

A survivor, advocate, and visionary leader, our founder established Pass the Beauty Inc. to transform the lives of women who have been overlooked, underserved, and undervalued.
