As a leader, coach, and advocate, she is committed to supporting Pass the Beauty’s mission of uplifting and inspiring confidence in women and young girls, ensuring they embrace their inner and outer beauty.
Alicia Halliburton has been a dedicated board member of Pass the Beauty Inc. for over seven years. A survivor of domestic violence, Alicia is deeply passionate about advocating for women who have faced similar challenges. She is a devoted mother and works as a medical assistant at St. Thomas Hospital, where she continues to care for others with compassion and strength. Alicia’s personal experiences and professional dedication make her a valuable asset to the organization and an inspiration to all those she serves.
Rhonda Talley has served as a dedicated board member of Pass the Beauty Inc. for over a year, following more than seven years as an active volunteer and supporter of the organization. A proud mother to one daughter, Rhonda has also been a successful Mary Kay consultant for 21 years. In addition to her volunteer work, she works as a scheduler for an oral surgeon in the Nashville area. Rhonda's long-standing commitment to Pass the Beauty Inc. and her passion for helping others continue to make a lasting impact in the community.
